Manhattan Clam Chowder Recipe

Ingredients: 6 oz. Salt pork, finely chopped
1 lb. (3 cups) Diced Celery
1 lb. (3 cups) Diced Onion
2 No. 10 cans Contadina Deluxe Marinara Sauce
2 46 oz. cans Clams/Baby Clams or Chopped
1 46 oz. can Clam Juice
1 qt. Del Monte Tomato Juice
1/3 cup Parsley, chopped
2 lbs. (6 cups) Diced Cooked Potato
1 Tbsp. Dry Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 Bay Leaves
Instructions:
Render the salt pork in a three-gallon soup pot.
Sweat the onions and celery until translucent.
Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
