Sierra Valley cutlery is made of surgical quality, T420 high carbon stainless steel and is available with cast solid satin-finished aluminum or black SSR (stainless steel resin) handles.
The black handles provide better performance in automatic dishwashers. Both handles create a "feel good in your hand" balance for superior comfort.
Hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness.

As with all fine cutlery, please protect the cutting edges of your knives by storing them carefully.
Washing our aluminum handle cutlery by hand and drying it immediately is recommended.
Our stainless steel resin handle cutlery may be hand washed or placed in a dishwasher.
