Recipe Yield: 76, 5oz. servings

Chicken pieces coated with Krusteaz Tempura Batter Mix and crushed corn flakes and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:
5 lb. (full bag)	Krusteaz Tempura Batter Mix (733-0140)
11 1/4 cups	Cold water
1/3 cup	Ground mustard
24 lb.	Boneless, skinless, uncooked chicken breasts
25 cups	Corn flakes, crushed

Instructions:

Place water in mixer bowl; add Krusteaz Tempura Batter Mix and ground mustard.
Using a paddle, mix on low speed just until blended. If hand mixing, blend with wire whip just until blended.
Coat chicken pieces with batter. Lightly drain off excess batter.
Coat battered chicken with crushed corn flakes.
Fry at 365 degrees F 4 - 4 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
