Biscuits Benedict Recipe

Buttermilk Biscuits, sausage patties and eggs with Hollandaise Sauce
ServeIngredients: 12 2 oz. Or 24 (1 oz.) Bridgford Buttermilk Biscuits, thawed 24 Cooked Sausage patties 24 Poached or fried eggs 4 cups Hollandaise Sauce or Cheese Sauce with hash browns for a truly unique breakfast Instructions: Heat biscuits in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or in microwave oven for 2 minutes. (If microwaving biscuits individually, heat for 20 seconds.) Cut biscuits in half. Place one sausage patty on one biscuit half (2 on large biscuits) and eggs on remaining biscuit halves topped with Hollandaise Sauce.
