Ingredients:
3 cups	Calavo Guacamole
3 cups	Diced, fresh papaya
2 cups	Diced, fresh pineapple
4 oz.	Red Onion, diced fine
1/4 cup	Chopped fresh cilantro
2 oz.	Lime juice

Instructions:

Gently mix all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Store covered under refrigeration until needed.
Other fruits can be substituted for the papaya or pineapple in the above recipe. Depending on the price and availability, you can substitute with fresh mango and fresh guava.
