Sierra Valley Flour Sack Towel,

Cabbage Rose Lilac and Auricula

Jean-Louis Prevost [1760-1810] was a French flower painter, respected for his watercolor and oil paintings, as well as for his engraved works. His "Collection des Fleurs et des Fruits" is considered one of the greatest French floral books of the early nineteenth century. Although Prevost was not a botanist, his works were based on careful observation of specimens, and were intended as a reference for china and fabric designers.

Sierra Valley traditional flour sack towels are 100% prewashed cotton, making them lint-free and extremely absorbent.

Sierra Valley flour sack towels are made from non-refined fabrics, so each towel is slightly different, but they all measure approximately 30"x30".

Images are printed onto the towels such that they display fully when folded in thirds and hung on a rack.

Sierra Valley flour sack towels are meant to be used, and become softer and more absorbent after each wash.

Machine wash cold with mild detergent.

Do not bleach. Tumble dry medium heat.
