Ingredients:
8 ounces	Regular cream cheese
8 ounces	Drianed crab meat
1	Egg yolk
1 tablespoon	Steak sauce
1 teaspoon	Garlic powder
1	Egg
1 package	Wonton skins

Instructions:

Mix cream cheese, crab meat, egg yolk, steak sauce, garlic powder.
Beat second egg with egg white from the first egg.
Fill wonton skins with 1 teaspoon of crab mixture.
Brush edges of skins with beaten egg.
Fold in half (diagonally) and make into a triangle.
Deep fry until golden brown.
