Recipe Yield: 48 One-inch slices

Featuring Krusteaz Honey Bran Muffin Mix with eggs, mashed bananas and raisins

Ingredients:
5 lbs. (full box)	Krusteaz Honey Bran Muffin Mix 734-0240
5 cups	Water
6	Eggs
2 2/3 cups	Mashed bananas (6 medium)
1 cup	Raisins, soaked and drained

Instructions:

Place water, Krusteaz Honey Bran Muffin Mix and eggs in mixer bowl.
Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl.
Add bananas and raisins. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds.
Scale batter into 6, prepared 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 12-inch loaf pans (26 oz batter each pan)
For standard oven, bake at 350 degrees F 50-55 minutes; for convection oven, bake at 300 Degrees F 45-50 minutes.
