This delicious bread would make a welcome addition to your bread baskets

Recipe Yield: 40, 1-inch slices

Ingredients:
5 lb. (full box)	Krusteaz Imitation Blueberry Muffin Mix 734-0200
4 cups	Water
6 medium	Mashed bananas (2 2/3 cups)
3/4 cup	Sweetened, dried cranberries

Instructions:

Place water and Krusteaz Imitation Blueberry Muffin Mix in mixer bowl.
Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds. Scrape bowl.
Add bananas and cranberries. Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds.
Scale batter into 5, prepared 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans (27 oz. batter each pan).
For standard oven, bake at 350 degrees F. 55-60 minutes; for convection oven, bake at 300 degrees F. 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
