Description

Shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced roast beef folded into Thin Crust Dough and baked until golden brown

Ingredients:
8 inch	Thin Crust Proofed Dough
2 oz.	Shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz.	Roast beef sliced
2 oz.	Horseradish mayonnaise
1 each	Chili pepper
as needed	Caraway seeds
as needed	Pretzel salt

Instructions:

Fold cheese and roast beef into Thin Crust dough.
Brush dough with water and sprinkle with caraway seeds and pretzel salt.
Bake until golden brown.
Served with horseradish mayonnaise and garnish with a chili pepper.
