Ingredients:
1 4 oz.	Portion Recipe Cut BreakAway Inside Skirt Steak
2	Corn tortillas
1/4 cup	White onion, chopped
1	Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup	Cilantro, roughly chopped
	Lime wedges, for garnish if desired
	Green salsa, for garnish if desired

Instructions:

Place frozen portions on a pre-heated flat grill (350 degrees F). After the portions have cooked through half their thickness, flip once.
As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and season to taste. Beef should have an evenly brown appearance when completely cooked.
Fill corn tortillas with steak, white onion and cilantro.
Top equally with avocado slices and fold in half. Garnish with lime wedges and green salsa. Serve immediately.
