Features an 8-inch Pizza round, sliced tomatoes, shredded Romano cheese, romaine, romano cheese and Calavo Guacamole topped with Avocado Caesar dressing.

Ingredients:
1 8-inch	Pizza round, par-baked
1/2 oz.	Olive oil
6 slices	Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp.	Chopped fresh cilantro
1 oz.	Shredded Romano cheese
6 oz.	Romaine, cut in 1-inch squres
3 oz.	Avocado Caesar dressing
1/2 oz.	Shredded Romano cheese
no. 16 scoop	Calavo Guacamole

Instructions:

Spread the olive oil over the pizza crust.
Place the shredded cheese evenly over the olive oil.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese and sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
Bake until the bottom is browned and crispy (4-5 minutes).
After pizza is baked, spread Calavo Guacamole over tomatoes.
Toss the romaine, shredded cheese and Avocado Caesar dressing in a bowl.
Place salad on top of pizza and serve.
Avocado Caesar Dressing: Combine 4 cups Calavo Guacamole and 2 quarts Caesar dressing. Store covered under refrigeration until needed.
