10-Layer Spicy Fried Egg Stack

Features a Jalapeno Tortilla topped with fried egg, grilled ham slice and another fried egg. Topped with grilled onions and peppers.
1 6-inch Jalapeno tortilla, fried flat
2 Fried eggs
2 oz. Ham slice, grilled
1 oz. Grilled onions, cut julienne
1 oz. Grilled bell peppers, cut julienne
2 oz. Red chili sauce, heated
no 24 scoop Guacamole
no 30 scoop Sour cream
1 oz. Sliced ripe olives
- Place the fried tortilla on a dinner plate and top with one fried egg. Top the egg with the grilled ham slice, then the other fried egg.
- Top the fried egg with the grilled onions, then peppers, then drizzle the red chili sauce over the top.
- Garnish with the guacamole, sour cream and sliced olives.
