Features Krusteaz Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Mix and the addition of fresh apples and Chopped Pecans

Ingredients:
24 lb.	Peeled, sliced fresh apples
5 lb. (large pouch)	Krusteaz Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake Mix 732-0118
2 lbs. (small pouch)	Streusel topping (enclosed)
3 3/4 cups	Chopped pecans
3/4 cup	Water Instructions: Divide apples into 2 prepared 20x12x2.5-inch steam table pans. Place Krusteaz Cinnamon Streusel coffee Cake Mix, streusel topping, pecans and water in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds or until crumbly. Sprinkle half of topping over apples in each pan. For standard oven, bake at 350 degrees F 50-60 minutes; for convection oven, bake at 300 degrees F 45-55 minutes. Serve with whipped topping and pecans, if desired.
