Chicken pieces coated with Krusteaz Tempura Batter Mix and crushed corn flakes and fried until golden brown.

Cold water |

Ground mustard |

Boneless, skinless, uncooked chicken breasts |

Corn flakes, crushed |
| Instructions:
- Place water in mixer bowl; add Krusteaz Tempura Batter Mix and ground mustard.
- Using a paddle, mix on low speed just until blended. If hand mixing, blend with wire whip just until blended.
- Coat chicken pieces with batter. Lightly drain off excess batter.
- Coat battered chicken with crushed corn flakes.
- Fry at 365 degrees F 4 - 4 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
