Instructions:
- Mix cream cheese, crab meat, egg yolk, steak sauce, garlic powder.
- Beat second egg with egg white from the first egg.
- Fill wonton skins with 1 teaspoon of crab mixture.
- Brush edges of skins with beaten egg.
- Fold in half (diagonally) and make into a triangle.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
