Recipe Yield: 6 1/3 dozen - 2/14 oz. muffins
Start with Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix and add water, sugar, bananas, vegetable oil and chopped walnuts.

Instructions:
- Place Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix and remaining ingredients in mixer bowl.
- Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
- Continue to mix on low speed 30 seconds.
- Using No. 20 scoop, fill prepared muffin pans.
- For standard oven, bake at 400 degrees F 13-15 minutes; for convection oven, bake at 350 degrees F 11-13 minutes.
